1. Overview

MagnetLeads ("we," "us," "our") operates websites that connect homeowners with local service professionals ("Service Providers"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites and services.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

MagnetLeads is a lead generation and matching service. We connect homeowners who need local services (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) with qualified local professionals.

What we are:

  • ✓ A matching service connecting homeowners with service professionals
  • ✓ AI-operated for efficiency and consistent service delivery

What we are NOT:

  • ✗ A contractor or service provider
  • ✗ A guarantor of work quality
  • ✗ An insurance or warranty provider

3. For Homeowners

3.1 Free Service

Our matching service is free to homeowners. You pay nothing to submit a request or receive quotes.

3.2 No Obligation

Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire any service professional. You are free to accept or decline any quote.

3.3 Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your project and contact details
  • Respond to service professionals who contact you about your request
  • Make your own hiring decisions — we provide connections, not recommendations

3.4 Communication Consent

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by MagnetLeads and connected service professionals regarding your request. See our Privacy Policy for full details on TCPA consent.

4. For Service Professionals

4.1 Lead Purchase

Service professionals purchase leads (homeowner requests) from MagnetLeads on a pay-per-lead basis. Pricing is agreed upon before any leads are delivered.

4.2 Lead Exclusivity

Each lead is sold to a limited number of service professionals (see our current exclusivity policy). Exclusivity terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Lead Freshness

All leads are delivered within 24 hours of the homeowner's submission. We do not sell aged or recycled leads.

4.4 Your Responsibilities

  • Contact leads promptly (same business day)
  • Provide professional, courteous service
  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by law
  • Do not resell, share, or distribute lead information

4.5 No Guarantee of Conversion

We provide qualified leads — homeowners who have expressed interest in your service. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or completed project.

4.6 Lead Disputes

If you believe a lead is invalid (fake information, wrong service area, duplicate), contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Valid disputes will be credited or replaced per our dispute policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MagnetLeads websites (text, design, logos, graphics) is owned by MagnetLeads or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically access our websites without permission
  • Use lead information for purposes other than providing the requested service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Service professionals will meet your expectations
  • Any specific results will be achieved

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagnetLeads shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on service professionals
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to MagnetLeads in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MagnetLeads, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any dispute between you and a service professional

10. Third-Party Services

MagnetLeads uses third-party services (hosting, analytics, communication tools) to operate. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
